sird is one of the well established companies, doing construction, maintenance and repairing roads, in the romania's west region. s.c. s.i.r.d. timisoara s.a. was founded as stand alone company back in 2001, breaking apart from d.r.d.p. timisoara. starting with april 2004, s.c. s.i.r.d. timisoara s.a. was acquired by s.c. tender s.a. as the main stakeholder.
